Also, if anyone needs links for any other PDFs they already purchased, let me know.

Things are Still Coming Together
5 months ago – Thu, Mar 26, 2026 at 09:31:17 AM

Hey All,

Things are definitely proceeding well. The printing details have been worked out, and we're on track for our August 11th release date.

Submissions will be open through June 30, but we already have a ton of great stuff decided. It's going to be one wild issue! I think there'll be plenty of surprises.

If I go radio silent for a bit, that's because I'm working my way through a bunch of submissions.

Besides September release parties in Annapolis, MD, & Baltimore, MD, we'll have a release party in Charlotte, NC, in October (on the 24th)! I'll have some video to share with you all for those who can't make it. Please reach out if you plan to attend one of the events. I'll keep everyone updated.

Your surveys should be sent soon. We'll be needing mailing addresses for physical copies. I'll be sure to get everyone's information as we get closer to the release date. You can always reach me at my email address, available on www.talesofbloodandroses.com (I'm not allowed to post it here). Be sure to download any digital copies you ordered. If there's ever an issue there, reach out so I can make sure you're covered.

I really want to thank you all again. This has been amazing.

Sinisterly yours,

Jeff

A quick update on Tales of Blood and Roses no. 4

Hey there Groovy Ghoulies,
We're still working to finalize the content of ToBaR no. 4. We already have a lot of amazing stuff lined up. As always, I'm surprised by some of the submissions. I can genuinely say, this will be our best issue yet. And we won't stop here. Please reach out and let us know what you'd be interested in for our publications. I still plan to put together a special something for all of our backers. That'll be coming eventually. I'm currently focusing on ToBaR no. 4, though.

Our Cross-Collab partner -DGL Publishing Imprint's I Forgot To Live – A journey through memory, and meaning campaign is in its final hours. If you haven't already, check it out. And pledge soon before its over.

I Forgot to Live is a restrained, introspective work that examines a modern condition: a life that continues to function, progress, and succeed while inwardly remaining absent from itself.

Thank you again for making our campaign a success. I'm really looking forward to sharing what we're putting together. I'll be updating the website and list of contributors this weekend. There's a lot going on.

Sinisterly yours,

Jeffrey L. Shipley
